I can’t take much credit for Hamptonality. It was an internally-generated name for the ethos that guides 50,000 team members in 1,900 Hampton hotels across 14 countries and territories to deliver on Hampton’s values — Friendliness, Authenticity, Care, and Thoughtfulness — in every ‘moment’ or guest interaction. As these examples show very nicely, Hamptonality was already happening all around us. All we had to do was capture and pass along the stories.
