Omni Hotels & Resorts owns and operates distinctive properties In 21 States, the District of Columbia, Montreal and Toronto, Canada, My former agency, imc2, designed several generations of Omni’s websites; this was the first responsive site, designed to deliver a compelling experience across all device types from a single code base through the Sitecore CMS. Omni learned customers were finding and researching properties on the brand site then booking through third-party OTAs like Expedia, costing Omni several points of margin. This site was designed to correct that and helped Omni achieve an 8% increase in direct bookings and a 9% increase in RevPAR, a key hospitality industry revenue performance metric.
